Lesson Instructor:
The Instructor is under the direction of the Program Coordinator with access to, and the support of, the Executive Director.

Roles and Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the class you are instructing, you will ensure all safety rules are being met, the volunteers are working within guidelines and the clients are equipped with proper safety equipment. When not actively instructing, you are responsible to assist in the barn with lesson preparation, barn maintenance and the completion of rider progress reports for your lessons. This position will work with the Senior Instructor (lesson related) and Barn Coordinator (horse care and barn related).
Facility/Barn/Chore Personnel:
The Barn Personnel is responsible for the smooth operation of the barn, ensuring that all horses are properly cared for in accordance with the program and boarding schedules. This role is vital to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment for horses, volunteers, and staff. The Barn Personnel will also complete various duties within the facility and work under the direction of the Program Co-Ordinator ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and that safety rules are adhered to. Below is an outline only and this position may include other duties as required.
