Since joining the PARDS team in September 2025, Kiptyn has become a valued member of the stable management and horse care team. Originally connected to PARDS while boarding his horse at the facility, his dedication to horse welfare, strong work ethic, and attention to detail quickly stood out. Recognizing his natural horsemanship and commitment to the horses, PARDS welcomed him into a staff position.
In his role, Kiptyn supports daily horse care routines and stable management, helping ensure the health, comfort, and wellbeing of both the PARDS herd and boarder horses. Known for his reliability, patience, and genuine affection for the horses, he takes pride in providing consistent, high-quality care and is always willing to lend a hand wherever needed.
Kiptyn has been riding since 2019 and has developed into a dedicated English rider with a particular passion for eventing disciplines. He enjoys the technical precision and athletic challenge of show jumping, while cross-country remains his favorite discipline. He currently rides Tali, a horse with whom he has built a strong relationship through trust, consistency, and ongoing training. His commitment to learning, both in the saddle and around the barn, continues to support his growth as an equestrian and an important member of the PARDS team.
